Dear ICLC Family,
As we step into this new season of ministry, I am overwhelmed with excitement and hope for what God is preparing to do through our new church plant. This is a pivotal moment—not only for us individually but for Impact Church of the Lowcountry as a whole. With this in mind, I invite you to join us for Consecration 2025, a sacred journey of prayer, fasting, and seeking God’s presence and direction from January 5 to January 25, 2025.
In Genesis 1:28, God gave humanity a mandate:
"Be fruitful and multiply; fill the earth and subdue it; have dominion..."
This same calling resonates with us as we establish a new foundation for Impact Church. During these 21 days, we will consecrate ourselves—dedicating this season to align our hearts with God’s purpose and His plans for this ministry.
I urge each of you to fully commit to this time of seeking the Lord. Here’s how you can engage:
~ Pray intentionally: Set aside specific times each day to seek God in prayer.
~ Fast purposefully: Let go of distractions and focus on spiritual renewal. Choose a fast that stretches your faith.
~ Dive into God’s Word: Meditate on Scripture and allow it to shape your vision for this new chapter.
~ Journal your journey: Write down what God is speaking to you and how He is directing your steps.
As we consecrate ourselves, I believe God will pour out His wisdom, power, and provision for this church plant. This is not just about what God is doing in us individually but what He is building through us collectively. We are laying a foundation for generations to come—a foundation rooted in faith, hope, and love.
The world around us is full of challenges and uncertainty, but we serve a God who is steadfast and faithful. His promises will sustain us, and His Spirit will guide us as we take these bold steps forward.
Let’s approach these 21 days with hearts full of expectation. Together, we will seek God and trust Him to lead us into all He has planned for Impact Church of the Lowcountry.
With grace and gratitude,
~ Pastor Kenyeatta R. Hodges
